English Description
A lovely spring colored soap just in time for Hina Matsuri, these colors and shapes are based off of a traditional food of hishi mochi. While the meanings behind each color can vary, pink (or red)
often represents flowers such as peach flowers and is often associated with protection and warding off evil spirits. This rests on a layer of white in the image of snow, often still on the ground
when peach blossoms bloom, and associated with cleansing. The final layer is green, for the grass hidden beneath the snow ready to burst into all its emerald glory once the snow has melted, and is
associated with good health and longevity. With all such wishes embedded into the making of this soap, I hope it brings you happiness and joy this year.
Scent: Ripe blackberries and apple are gently relaxed into a soft and fruity scent with the addition of magnolia flowers. Accent notes to support the fragrances are melon and a hint of sugar, giving
it just enough sweetness to resemble the mochi is represents. A lovely and gentle fragrance.
